I had an incredible experience this past weekend. When I look at the background into how it came about, it brings a smile to my face. A Special Man

My mom and dad loved life and had many great friends. One of the benefits of living in the south end of Winnipeg most of my life is that from time to time I see many acquaintances from my past. I also run into some of mom and dad’s old friends. I met one of them, Les, earlier this week.

Why do we invest our time?

Why do we do some of the things we do, especially things we do not feel compelled to do? I wonder about that on occasion, as I feel the anxiety just before I go on stage to speak. There were hours of preparation and practice. Why do I want to be a professional speaker? Last Thursday evening’s presentation reminded me why! The positive flow of energy that filled that room was fun and inspiring.
